Free trial
Commerce offers a three-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial. A paid subscription is required to continue using paid Commerce features after the trial ends.
Subscription terms
Subscription terms may be available for one, three, six or twelve months. The selected term, price, taxes and renewal details are shown before payment. Where automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription renews for the applicable term unless it is cancelled before the next renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. You keep access to the paid features until that term ends, and no further renewal payment should be taken after cancellation is effective.
Refunds
For subscriptions paid through Paddle, customers may request a refund within 30 days of the relevant transaction. Refunds are handled through Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, including its rules on statutory rights, technical defects, fraud and refund abuse. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
If Paddle processed the transaction, submit a request through the support link in the Paddle receipt or through Paddle’s buyer support. You may also contact us first at support@stallionsite.com so we can help investigate the issue.
Payments made by manual transfer are handled according to the payment instructions and terms communicated for that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Access after a refund or cancellation
If a refund is approved, access to the relevant paid features may end when the refund is processed. Cancellation without a refund leaves access active until the end of the paid term.
