This Privacy Policy explains how StallionSite handles personal information when you visit our website, create a Commerce account, use a merchant dashboard or contact support. StallionSite is the service name used by the independent operator of the service from Jeita, Street 9, Lebanon.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Commerce, we may collect:
- Account information such as your email address and authentication data.
- Store information such as business name, logo, branding, products, categories, prices and settings.
- Order information submitted through a merchant storefront, including information provided by the customer to fulfil an order.
- Subscription, payment-status and support information.
- Technical and usage information needed to secure, operate and improve the service.
- Analytics information such as an anonymous visitor identifier, session identifier, page path, referrer and campaign parameters.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create and secure accounts.
- Provide storefront, dashboard, order, notification and subscription features.

3. Merchant and customer information
A merchant controls the products and customer information submitted through its storefront. We process that information to provide the merchant’s store and order tools. 4. Payment providers and service providers
Subscription payments may be processed by Paddle, which may act as the merchant of record and process payment and billing information under its own terms and privacy notice. We do not need to receive or store your full card number to operate a Paddle checkout. We may also use hosting, email, security, analytics and other service providers that process information only to provide services to us.
5. Cookies and analytics
Commerce may use necessary cookies to keep sessions secure and remember an anonymous visitor and browsing session. We also preserve campaign parameters such as UTM values and click identifiers when they are included in a visit. We use these records to understand the funnel and improve the product. We do not intentionally use IP addresses as the primary visitor identifier in Commerce analytics.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Commerce is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. Do not create an account if you are not legally able to agree to these terms.
